ABC's variety of service options begins with your satisfaction in mind. Whether you need a loaner, or want us to send you an exchange overnight, ABC stands for "Peace-of-Mind". Which plan works best for you?
- WARRANTY PLUS warranty expansion, extends beyond the manufacturer's warranty. WARRANTY PLUS does not require that you return the product to the factory for service. Just call our hotline 1-800-274-0324 and get an RMA number. Send your warranty repairs to ABC for quick service, even if you bought it somewhere else!
INSTANT REPLAY service. ABC maintains (hot) spare units, configured to your exact specifications. If a product covered under the INSTANT REPLAY program malfunctions, call us before 2 p.m. and you'll have a replacement in your hands by 10:00 a.m. the next business day! Send the troublesome product back to us at our expense and your complete! What could be easier?
INSTANT DM PLUS service. ABC will work on your malfunctioning product and send it back to you within 24 hours after we receive the product at our service location. That means turn-around time at the service center practically disappears. ABC will return the repaired product by the same shipping method you send it to us, at no extra cost!
DM PLUS FIVE service. ABC will repair defective products, and send them back to you within five days after receiving the products at our service center. ABC will return the repaired product by the same method you send it to us, at no extra cost!
TM SERVICE. ABC will repair defective products within five business days. The charge for this service will be the actual time and materials used for the repair, with a one hour minimum.
